two years is long and short

On Sunday it will be two years that we have been in our house here.  It's taken two years to almost feel at home here.  It's taken two years to get plugged in and we're still working on that.  It seems like two years is a long time, but it feels so short.  My baby is a person now.  No longer just my sweet baby, but so much more.  My boys have grown so much in such a short/long time.  One losing almost all the little boy about him.

Our moves have been so different.  Getting connected and feeling "at home" quickly on one move and it taking longer on another and never quite feeling at home with one move.  But there's been a constant through all the changes.  God.  He is ever faithful to give us exactly what we need no matter what our circumstances are.  I love Him.  He expresses His love for me so deeply and personally it's hard to understand.  But it's there and so is He.
